The most durable of cutters, bevel cutters require more pressure to make the cut, and have a V-notch on the back surface, which leaves a minimal pinch at the end of the cut material. Micro-bevel cutters are designed with smaller heads and finer jaws that have a more pronounced taper, improving access to finer details. A dark, matte finish prevents eye strain caused by reflective glare and increases visibility of the workpiece.
• These cutters have a lap joint; one half of the joint overlaps the other, and a screw is set through both halves, allowing the joint to be adjusted as needed.
