We did a LOT of testing of a VARIETY of different foam materials for every source imaginable so our customers get the best results.

To use this foam – cut slightly larger than the metal you are rolling.  Make a sandwich – Laser paper facing UP on the bottom, Annealed, pickled, and clean metal in the middle, and a piece of foam on the top.  Feed into your rolling mill nice and slowly – and Voila!  Amazing texture will be in your metal!
