Return Policy

In an effort to make ordering with The Jewelers Source as easy as possible, you may return any un-used Jewelers Source products for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. All we ask is that you send the unwanted products, in the original condition and packaging, to:

The Jewelers Source, 7022 West Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas NV 89117 for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Please include a copy of the original invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items are returned undamaged.

Any and all products returned after 14 days will not be accepted

For product exchanges, please return un-used products as explained above. Then, place a new order through our website or with Customer Service.

All exchanges must receive prior authorization from our Customer Service department and may be charged either a 25% restocking fee or actual shipping costs, whichever is greater, to cover the outgoing and return shipping costs.

Large orders and Special Requests: Large product volumes or non-stock items specifically ordered at the customer’s request are non-returnable.

In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service prior to sending it back. Our helpful Customer Service Team will resolve the issue promptly.
